What's more, this source of pumpkin seeds, for anyone with celiac diseases, who thus needs, foundationally, not only 100% gluten free intake, but all intake be only that kept –- as in vigilantly guarded -- free from cross contamination of outward products with incompatible trace contamination; this product also fills that bill. Excellent product, in short. Excellent food source. I make “milk” out of them, with them on board in date rolls, I can relish the natural pleasure and benefits of dates; the same with other nuts, with Pumpkin seeds in the mix, then and only then can I enjoy the benefits and pleasure of almonds, walnuts, pecans. One of a kind Delicious! August 4, 2020 Reviewer: menachem wuensch from fort lee, NJ United States   These seeds are from Austria (unlike the cheap very common Chinese ones) they are rich and full of flavor they make a great alternative protein to the usual fish and meat!!
